throughout her l i f e . Olive's personal l i f e was characterized
by l o y a l t y to high ideals and love and devotion to her
family and inside c i r c l e of friends. In spite of f a i l i n g
health, her l a s t years were spent caring for her aged mother
and a s i s t e r , both of whom predeceased her.
The accompanying picture taken shortly before her
untimely demise i s indicative of her love of b e a u t i f ul
flowers and the arts of homemaking.
Shortly before her death i n .1953 she was given a L i fe
Membership i n the Alberta Women's Institutes by Argyle W. I.
as an expression of t h e i r love for her.
