MRS. JEAJtaTTE HUNTER
A daughter. wjeanette Fay, was born to Jim and Freda tforral on J u ly
2, 1927 at the Didsbury h o s p i t a l . Jeanette received her e a r l y educa
t i o n at the l o c a l country school and attended high school a t Neapolis.
11owing completion o f high school she e n r o l l e d i n the Home Economics
Course at Olds College, graduating i n 1946. During her school
days she was a member o f the Didsbury Dairy Club f o r ten years.
In 1948 she married Lawrence Hunter, a l o c a l farmer. Their family
includes: Donna, married and l i v i n g i n Calgary; Ron, who has completed
two years a t Olds College i n A g r i c u l t u r a l Technology, is a t home
farming with h i s f a t h e r ; Tom i s working f o r a farm neighbor; and
C h r i s t i n e i s i n Grade X at Didsbury High School and i s busy with her
music. 4H played a great part i n the boy's l i v e s and AWI G i r l ' s Club
f o r the g i r l s . Christine assisted with the 4H Photo Club f o r 3 years.
