They shall be gentle, brave and strong, To SipiW no drop of blood, but dare All ( that may . plant man's lordship firm On earth, and fire, and sea, and air. Nation with nation, land with land, Inarmed shall live as comrades free; In every heart and brain shall tlhrob The ipulse of one fraternity. There shall be no more sin, nor shame, Though ipain and passion may not die; For man shall be at one with God In bonds of firm necessity. T H E MARY STEWART COLLECT FOR CLUB WOMEN Keep us O Lord from ( pettiness; let us be large in thought, in word, and deed. Let us be done with ifault ( finding and leave off self seeking. May we put ( away all ' pretence and meet each other face to face, without self pity and without prejudice. May we never be hasty in judgement and always generous. Teach us to put into action our better impulses, straight forward and unafraid. Let us take time for all things: Make us grow calm, serene, ge » tle. Grant that we may realize that it is tbe little things that create differences, that in the big things of life we are one. And may we strive to touch and know the great human heart common to us all. And O Lord God, let us not forget to be kind. GOD SAVE OUR QUEEN BAND SELECTIONS
